Head of Marketing Management Remote (m/f/d)

Driving the healthcare provider engagement strategy, the full-time Director of HCP Marketing will develop and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives to enhance brand positioning and omnichannel engagement, collaborating cross-functionally to support brand objectives in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive HCP engagement strategy aligned with brand objectives and competitive positioning

Lead the HCP omnichannel strategy, integrating digital and non-personal promotion to maximize reach and impact

Collaborate with medical and sales teams to identify and engage key opinion leaders while managing speaker programs and congress presence

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred

8+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, focusing on HCP engagement and omnichannel marketing

Experience in CNS, psychiatry, neurology, or related therapeutic areas preferred

Proven ability to develop and execute HCP engagement strategies, including non-personal promotion and field support

Strong analytical skills to leverage data and insights for refining marketing execution
