TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Ambulatory Care (RN Ambulatory Care) to provide nursing care in outpatient settings, supporting patient treatment, education, and clinical procedures.

Provide direct nursing care to patients in ambulatory or outpatient clinic settings.

Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.

Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records.

Assist with patient flow and clinic operations to ensure efficient service delivery.

Current and unrestricted RN license.

Experience in ambulatory care, outpatient nursing, or similar clinical settings preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
