Customer Advocate (Remote-Call Center)

TEEMA Solutions Group seeks an Advocate I to join our remote contact center hub supporting patients, families, and providers. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, schedule appointments, process authorizations, and answer inquiries in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, at least one year in a call center, and experience with Genesys. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; remote work and 40-hour weeks offered.
