3+ large end-to-end ERP projects, recent inventory-focused ERP experience
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead a complex inventory reconciliation initiative involving ERP, finance, supply chain, reporting, and multiple system integrations. The project is already underway and requires a dedicated PM to bring structure, detailed planning, coordination, and accountability across multiple workstreams.
This individual will organize existing work, establish a cohesive project plan, manage cross-functional dependencies, and drive the initiative through implementation, go-live, and hypercare.
Take primary project management ownership of an in-flight inventory reconciliation initiative.
Build and maintain detailed project plans around work already in progress.
Consolidate existing documentation, requirements, project artifacts, and SME knowledge into a comprehensive execution plan.
Coordinate closely with a parallel Finance project to align timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
Manage dependencies across ERP, supply chain, finance, integrations, reporting, inventory costing, valuation, and period-close processes.
Own project timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, status reporting, and go-live readiness.
Potentially support an additional supplier integration initiative as project capacity allows.
10+ years of Project Management experience, with significant experience leading ERP or enterprise application initiatives.
Experience leading at least 3 large-scale, end-to-end ERP projects involving multiple business and technical workstreams.
Recent experience managing an ERP project involving inventory-related processes.
Experience managing projects within complex, integrated ERP environments involving multiple external, proprietary, or legacy applications.

Experience taking ownership of an active/in-flight project, assessing existing documentation and requirements, and developing a detailed plan to drive execution.
Demonstrated ownership of project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, stakeholder coordination, status reporting, and go-live readiness.
Experience leading projects through implementation, go-live, and hypercare.
Ability to quickly ramp up and manage significant complexity, competing priorities, and multiple moving parts.
Experience with complex ERP transformations rather than primarily straightforward or standalone implementations.
Recent Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O experience is strongly preferred.
2+ years of D365 F&O project experience or leadership of at least one significant D365 F&O implementation/project.
Experience with inventory reconciliation, costing, valuation, or reporting initiatives.
Experience managing ERP initiatives spanning both Supply Chain and Finance.
Experience coordinating an ERP environment with 3+ connected systems, including proprietary applications, legacy platforms, order management systems, or other enterprise applications.
Experience joining an ERP project already in progress and bringing structure, documentation, and accountability to the initiative.
Experience consolidating requirements, project artifacts, and knowledge from multiple SMEs into a unified execution plan.
PMP or similar Project Management certification is a plus.
Dynamics 365 F&O experience is highly preferred, but candidates with comparable experience managing similarly complex ERP environments may be considered.
The environment includes significant integrations across ERP, order management, legacy applications, proprietary platforms, finance, and other enterprise systems.
This is not a hands-on ERP configuration role. The focus is project leadership, organization, coordination, and delivery.
Comfortable inheriting a complex project already in progress.
Experienced managing large, integrated ERP initiatives with significant dependencies.
Able to take information from multiple SMEs and turn it into a clear, actionable project structure.
Strong enough technically and functionally to understand complex ERP conversations without needing to personally perform system configuration.
