Part Time Tax CPA Tax Preparer
$35 - $45 per hourFlexProfessionals
Metro West MA firm offering expert accounting and bookkeeping services seeking a Tax/Accounting Professional
Job Type : Contract
Mostly remote with some on-site work for occasional meetings
Prepare individual federal (Form 1040) and state tax returns for individuals, trusts and small businesses
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local tax laws and regulations
Identify potential tax credits, deductions and opportunities to minimize tax liability
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) to review client accounts
Experience (minimum of 3 years) in the field of public accounting
CPA or Enrolled Agent preferred
Strong computer skills and attention to detail required
Very comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
Experience with Lacerte tax software a plus
