Janitorial Associate, 2nd Shift

Pay: $16.00 - $29.00 hourly for full‑time or part‑time. Last day to apply.

Shift may start between 4:00 am and 7:00 am, or between 7:00 am and 9:00 am.

Role Summary
Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, maintaining a clean and safe environment.

What You’ll Do
You play a major role in how our customers feel when they leave the store. You might be the first, last, and sometimes only associate a customer interacts with. It is important to smile, greet, and thank every customer. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons. You will sometimes juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping customers: scanning items, explaining prices, bagging items properly, counting cash back, and keeping your area clean.

What You’ll Bring
Cashier responsibilities:

Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude

Stand for long periods of time while checking out customers quickly and accurately

Keep your area clean and presentable

Answer customer questions and help them with their needs

Be available to assist associates across the store as needed

Cart and Janitorial responsibilities:

Ensure customers have a great first and last impression

Gather carts from the parking lot

Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store

Clean restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot as needed

Maintain a positive attitude in all weather conditions
