Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries related to custody operations in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client requests and ensure service delivery
Monitor client service levels and assist with maintaining service metrics
Support client conversions, reporting, and data analysis activities
Utilize internal systems and tools to track, manage, and resolve requests
Introduce and guide clients on new technology tools and solutions
Assist with monthly reporting, audits, and project-based initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation and follow established processes
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Basic understanding of business operations or financial services
