Bilingual Receptionist
WinnCompanies is looking for a Bilingual Receptionist to join our team at Olmdstead Green West, a 300-unit mixed income residential community located in Mattapan, MA. Your primary responsibility is to provide a great customer service to our residents, clients and others through the telephone, face-to-face reception, mail and messages.
The pay range for this position is $16.70 to $20.85 per hour, dependent on experience. Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
Listen to resident complaints, log, and send to appropriate contacts.
Provide administrative support.
Perform special projects as assigned.
Ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications and Outlook for daily operations, communication, and record keeping.
1 year of relevant work experience.

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service in a professional and respectful manner.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Previous reception experience.
