Cardiac Sonographer I- Swing Shift

90% FTE, 36 hours per week, day shift, Monday - Friday between 7:00AM - 5:00PM, 8- or 10-hour shifts, with rotating evening/weekend call responsibility and 1-hour response time. You will work at American Family Children's Hospital in Madison, WI. This position may be eligible for a $9,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE)

Our pediatric cardiac sonographers are the heartbeat of the clinic; We are seeking a Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer to:

• Join a team of highly skilled sonographers who are leaders in the field

• Join our Pediatric Echo Lab that is accredited by the IAC in pediatric transthoracic, transesophageal, and fetal echocardiography

Completion of a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CHAAHEP) approved ultrasound program, Associate Degree in Biological Sciences, Radiology, Ultrasound, or relevant health sciences field
- Bachelor's Degree in Ultrasound, Radiology, Biological Sciences, or relevant health sciences field

Work Experience

• Pediatric echocardiography experience
• Preferred: 2 years of progressively responsible experience in a lab performing echocardiography testing

Registered in Adult Echocardiography (AE) Upon Hire

• Pediatric Echocardiography (PE)
• Fetal Echocardiography (FE)
