Job Type: Full Time
Machines: CNC milling and turning; CAM Software: This role is built for a CNC programmer who wants ownership of machining strategy from start to finish. You will develop and refine Mastercam programs, choose tooling and workholding approaches, and work directly with machinists to improve setup, cycle time, and part quality. Your programs will be treated as an important part of the production system-not simply files handed off to the floor.
You will also help strengthen programming standards, documentation, templates, and revision control as the operation grows. It is a strong fit for someone who enjoys solving difficult machining problems, collaborating with the shop floor, and continuously improving how parts are produced.
Create, refine, and troubleshoot CNC programs in Mastercam
Select tooling, cutting strategies, and workholding solutions
Partner with machinists to improve setups, cycle times, and quality
Help develop programming templates, standards, and best practices
Machines, controls & software
- CNC milling and turning processes
- End-to-end ownership of CNC programming strategy
Direct collaboration with machinists and engineering
Full-time position in Waco
3+ years of CNC programming experience
