Head of Finance and Operations (Remote)

Im partnering with a founder-led, high-growth professional services organization seeking a Director of Finance & Operations to serve as the CEOs strategic partner and help lead the companys next phase of growth.
This is an executive-level opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys improving businesses through operational excellence, financial discipline, AI-driven automation, and scalable processes.

Leading Finance and Operations under one accountable leader

Driving financial planning, forecasting, cash flow, and profitability
Improving customer and program profitability reporting
Leading operational transformation through workflow redesign and automation
Leading and developing a small Operations team while mentoring the Controller

10+ years of Finance and Operations leadership experience

Strong background in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, P&L, cash flow, and executive reporting
Proven experience improving operational processes and leading organizational change
Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience
Hands-on experience leveraging AI to improve business operations
Management Consulting

IT Managed Services (MSPs)
Managed Accounting / Back Office Services

Remote role with a high level of visibility and impact
Compensation: $170K–$190K base + 10–20% annual bonus
