Prep & Line Cooks Needed

We're looking for a line cook to own a station on our line and hold it through service. You'll prep, cook, and plate to spec, keep your station clean and stocked, and communicate with the rest of the line so tickets go out hot, correct, and on time.

What you'll do Set up, stock, and break down your assigned station each shift

Execute dishes to recipe and plating standards, consistently and at speed

Complete daily prep lists and label, date, and rotate product (FIFO)

Call and respond during service; work in sync with the expo and other stations

Hold food safety and sanitation standards at all times, including proper holding temps and cooling procedures

Keep equipment clean and report maintenance issues promptly

Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries; check product quality and quantities

Help control waste and portion costs

Pitch in on other stations and with closing duties as needed

What we're looking for [1–2]+ years in a professional kitchen, or strong prep experience and a clear willingness to learn

Solid knife skills and comfort with standard cooking methods (sauté, grill, fry, roast)

Ability to work fast and stay organized under pressure without dropping quality

Clear communicator who takes direction and gives it when needed

Reliable and on time — you show up for your team

Food handler's card [required / must be obtained within 30 days of hire]

[Optional: Ability to read and follow recipes in English; conversational Spanish a plus]

Physical requirements Stand and walk for shifts of up to [8–10] hours

Lift and carry up to [50] lbs

Work in a kitchen environment with heat, steam, noise, and slippery floors

Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand motion
