SDR - Sales Development (Remote)

Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.

Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage potential clients and introduce Opus1 as an industry leading solution.

Maintain consistent, high-volume cold calling activity each day as the primary outbound prospecting strategy for generating qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities.

Evaluate the needs and challenges of potential clients to determine if they are a good fit for our platform, and qualify leads based on established criteria.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and participate in strategy sessions to refine outreach approaches.

Managing your pipeline: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status updates in the CRM system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accessible.

Schedule meetings between qualified leads and Account Executives, ensuring all relevant information is communicated effectively.

Bring proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

Are proficient in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Embody resilience and persistence in a high-volume outreach environment.

Travel Requirements:

This role requires mandatory travel for company events (a couple times a year). Candidates must be willing and able to travel as needed, including air travel.
