Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Recruitment Coordinator. The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for supporting hiring processes, including coordinating and conducting interviews and managing recruitment communications. Additional tasks may include providing customer service to candidates, assisting with onboarding procedures, and working collaboratively with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members

Experience in recruitment tasks such as hiring and interviewing

Customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders

Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Proficiency in using recruitment software or tools is a plus

Prior experience in healthcare recruitment is an advantage

High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
