Head of Sales - Retail and Manufacturing

Overview Oakley, part of EssilorLuxottica, is a global leader in design, manufacture, and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses. Our products include iconic brands such as Ray‑Ban, Oakley, Persol, and Oliver Peoples.

General Function The sales supervisor works closely with the store manager to learn all aspects of store management.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities Achieves high levels of performance and sales results.

Assists the store manager in training and managing all employees in daily tasks and maximizing sales.

Assigns employees to specific tasks and assists with scheduling work hours following the payroll matrix.

Ensures compliance with company communications by overseeing the preparation of merchandise, displays, and presentations.

Coordinates restocking of merchandise and the flow of goods from the warehouse to the floor.

Oversees compliance of all staff with the company's policies, procedures, and established standards.

Performs all other tasks assigned from time to time by the store manager.

Basic Qualifications At least two years of retail experience in a specialized environment.

At least one year of retail management experience.

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and relationship‑building abilities.

Ability to stand for almost the entire day or move around on the floor or in the warehouse.

Ability to maneuver merchandise and lift up to 40 lbs.

Physical activities include repetitive movements such as bending, kneeling, twisting, stretching, squatting, pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking, reaching, and frequently using a stepladder.

Salary and Benefits Pay Range: 18.63 - 28.82 per hour.
