What Youll Do Greet and assist visitors, residents, families, and staff with professionalism and courtesy

Answer incoming calls, transfer calls appropriately, and take accurate messages

Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain visitor logs

Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed

Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and other communications

Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk area

Protect resident privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately

What Were Looking For Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills

Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor

Comfortable using phones, computers, and standard office equipment

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Flexibility to work the established part-time schedule, including occasional weekends or holidays as needed
