CNC Programmers - Manufacturing

CNC OperatorAre you mechanically inclined, enjoy working with your hands, and like learning how things work? Join the manufacturing team at Domico Med-Device as a CNC Operator and learn a variety of hands-on processes used to produce high-quality medical device components.You'll work with CNC equipment, routers, hand and power tools, adhesives, and other manufacturing equipment while learning how to accurately prepare and process materials to meet our quality standards.What You'll DoAs a CNC Operator, you'll be responsible for operating equipment and completing hands-on manufacturing processes, including:Operating CNC machines and routers to accurately cut and process materialsSetting up and monitoring equipment according to established processesUsing hand and power tools to trim, shape, and finish componentsWorking in the glue booth to apply adhesives and assemble materialsMeasuring and inspecting parts to ensure they meet specificationsReading and following work instructions, drawings, and production requirementsMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work areaIdentifying quality concerns and communicating issues to the appropriate team membersLearning additional manufacturing processes and equipment as neededWorking closely with team members to meet production and quality goalsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
