Full/Part Time Front Desk Receptionist

We offer part-time and full-time positions, with a variety of schedules and hours available. Provide positive first impression and excellent customer service to all visitors, guests and employees at the GESMV Community Services Center.
Present a professional appearance and friendly attitude to all visitors and guests in the building.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Greet and direct all visitors, program participants and employees as they arrive in the building.
Work cooperatively with lobby ambassadors to direct visitors and guests to the appropriate areas of the building and to meetings with requested employees.
Contact staff via phone, email, and online messaging system to notify them of visitors in the lobby.
Maintain clean front desk space, free from clutter and unnecessary items.
Assist with monthly building safety drills in partnership with safety department and site safety coordinators.
Comply with all Agency policies, procedures and safety standards throughout work areas and maintain same to meet CARF, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Previous customer service experience required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock.
