Spun off from elite Big-Law leadership, this boutique practice represents major national brands, anchor retail chains, and institutional investment groups in sophisticated regional and national deals.
This practice is purely transactional —with zero litigation or trial work—offering a collaborative culture, transparent growth paths, and market-leading compensation.
Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial real estate agreements, including purchase and sale contracts, financing documents, development agreements, and joint venture structures.
Lead high-volume leasing transactions, with an emphasis on ground leasing, retail in-line leasing, and commercial tenant negotiations.
Manage title and survey review, closing processes, and deal structuring for major regional and national commercial assets.
Serve as a direct point of contact for premier corporate clients, institutional lenders, and major retail developers.
degree from an accredited law school with active state bar admission (Texas preferred or eligible to waive in).
3+ to 5+ years of dedicated transactional commercial real estate experience in a recognized law firm or corporate legal department.
Demonstrated experience managing sophisticated regional or national real estate deals.
Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and business communication skills.
Generous annual bonus structure available scaling from $7,500 up to $50,000+ based on firm profitability and target hour metrics.
