Loader/Unloader Lead - 2nd Shift

Cintas is seeking a Loader/Unloader Lead to support the Rental Division. The Loader/Unloader Lead is responsible for ensuring that productivity, department goals and quality standards are consistently met in the unloading and loading of customer route trucks. Production Leads coordinate the work of Loaders/Unloaders and participate in these activities as needed to ensure all customer route trucks are loaded by the end of the shift.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must adhere to attendance policy.
Must be willing to lear to use a computer/console to complete work activities.
Must be willing to handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.
Requires standing for most of shift.
Requires physical activity, including lifting or moving materials, for most of shift.
Manages, tracks, and attends to multiple pieces of information at the same time.
Technical Competence: Uses knowledge that is acquired through formal training or extensive on-the-job experience to perform one's job.
