The Facility Maintenance Technician performs routine preventative building maintenance, general upkeep, and minor repairs. Office furniture repair, moving, installation, cleaning

This role is physically demanding and requires resilience, strong mechanical skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Complete facility maintenance task requests promptly and efficiently

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Experience : Minimum 1+ years in facilities, construction, janitorial, moving, or similar

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs repeatedly and maintain high physical activity

Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools daily

Customer and service-focused with strong communication skills
