Job Description The Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating all assigned patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction. This role includes delegating and directing discipline-specific therapy services and ensuring the design of functional treatment programs that facilitate patient return to community activities. The therapist will also serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers.
