Full Time Litigation Attorney

Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid (with possibility of full-remote flexibility depending on candidate) Litigation Attorney role based in Seattle, WA, with some flexibility for work from home.

The Litigation Attorney will manage a caseload of personal injury matters from initial intake through resolution, including investigation, case strategy, and client communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, as well as conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda. The role involves representing clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials, and working closely with paralegals, support staff, and experts to build strong cases. The attorney will also engage in settlement negotiations, evaluate case value and risk, and ensure that all work complies with ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in personal injury law, civil procedure, and related legal principles, with the ability to analyze complex liability and damages issues.

Experience drafting and arguing motions, including dispositive and evidentiary motions, with clear, persuasive written advocacy.
