Nursing | RN | ICU Nights

Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized patient care in a long-term acute care setting. The role involves nights shifts, supporting critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment.

Administer advanced ICU nursing care to critically ill patients, including ventilator management and infusion therapy.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in electronic medical records.

Maintain compliance with safety standards, infection control policies, and clinical protocols.

Provide patient and family education regarding diagnosis, treatment, and post-discharge care.

Valid RN license with current licensure to practice in the state.

Minimum of 3 years recent ICU or critical care experience, preferably in LTAC or long-term acute care settings.

Demonstrated proficiency in ICU-specific skills such as ventilator management and EMR systems (Epic experience preferred).

Ability to work night shift (3x12Hr shifts) and adapt to floating as needed.
