As Pareto continues to scale, we're expanding our product portfolio, which will include the development of new alternative funding solutions. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Operations to build and run the operating system that powers disciplined execution, strong partner performance, and scalable growth for the new solutions.

This individual will serve as the internal integrator for a new Pareto product - translating strategy into cross-functional execution across underwriting, partner management, onboarding, client management, renewals, and governance. This is not a back-office operations role.

Design and implement scalable workflows across underwriting, onboarding, renewals, customer and partner operations.

Improve operational visibility and reduce friction as the business scales.

Lead Operational Partner Management

Serve as day-to-day operational counterpart to TPAs and stop-loss carriers.

Run structured performance reviews and escalation processes.

Align underwriting, commercial, product, operations, and finance stakeholders.

Identify risks early and drive resolution.

Deliver clean, on-time implementation of approved initiatives.

Partner relationships are structured, disciplined, and proactive.

Experience building operating infrastructure in complex, matrixed organizations.

7-10 years in health plan operations, level-funded, stop-loss, MGU, or adjacent risk-based environments.

Experience managing TPA and/or carrier operational relationships.
