Front Desk Receptionist (Hourly, Full-Time)

Quinn Orthopedic Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Front Office Receptionist to join our growing team across five busy South Bay locations. Love helping people and thrive in a fast-paced setting? Greet patients and provide a warm, professional front office experience

Prepare treatment areas for patients: set up, take down, and sanitize equipment and maintain clean linens/laundry

Maintain accurate and compliant documentation per federal, state, and local regulations

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment

Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative healthcare role or high-volume customer service setting

Proficient in Mac OS and Windows operating systems

Sufficient visual and auditory acuity to maintain patient and workplace safety

Hourly Rate: $21.00 – $24.00 (based on experience and qualifications)
