Job Description RVC CONSTRUCTION IS LOOKING FOR A HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR - The Human Resources Director will lead a large corporate HR team, directly reporting to the CEO. This role is responsible for overseeing all key HR functions including employee relations, compliance, performance management, recruiting, and insurance administration. Lead and develop a large HR team of 16+ members
Manage employee relations to foster a productive work environment
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate HR policies
Oversee performance management processes and initiatives
Direct recruiting efforts to attract top talent
Focus on corporate HR functions with no travel requirements

5+ years of experience in human resources management
~ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
