Director of Development – SLC KVC (Hybrid)
Are you a passionate fundraising leader ready to make a real impact in children's mental health? Join KVC and help drive life-changing support for our new children's mental health hospital and outpatient services in Webster Groves, MO.
At KVC, we believe the heart of our work is helping people. You'll be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to improving the lives of children and families through compassion, innovation, and collaboration.
Lead and execute strategic fundraising initiatives (individual, corporate, foundation giving)
Partner with leadership and foundation teams to drive impact
Bachelor's degree, Master's degree (preferred)
- Experience with donor databases (Raiser's Edge highly preferred)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Proven ability to work with high-net-worth individuals and executives
- Valid driver's license & auto insurance
Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends
Hybrid schedule (3 days in office)
