Sterling Grove Golf and Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Barista.Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.
Key Responsibilities of the Barista:
Makes and serves specialty coffee and tea beverages.
Speaks and interacts with Members.
Maintains a clean and sanitized work station.
Follows health and safety guidelines.
Adheres to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items.
Contributes to a positive team environment.
Minimum Qualifications for the Barista: Experience not required but will train.
Must have food handler’s card.
Other Qualifications: Must have a flexible schedule.
Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.
