Cogent is scaling fast and we're looking for a Technical Recruiter who can own the full recruiting lifecycle. Partner directly with founders and team leads to define hiring needs and close roles fast
Create steady, high-quality pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, and proactive talent mapping
time-to-hire, source effectiveness, candidate quality, funnel conversion)
Build scalable recruiting systems and processes
4+ years of recruiting experience, with deep technical recruiting exposure.
You’ve recruited in fast-paced, competitive environments (later-stage startups or high-bar tech companies).

You bring deep knowledge of the AI talent landscape and a network of top-tier candidates
You’re excited about AI and cybersecurity, and want to help build a category-defining team
You're not only interested in hiring for an AI-native team, you are interested in leaning into creating an AI-native hiring process
