Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider - Family Medicine

Location: Schaefferstown, PA

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Champion:

M-F 8-5 schedule with one evening a week (1-8 PM)

Schedule includes approximately 35 patient facing clinical hours and 5 dedicated administrative hours per week

Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics

Practice in a family-oriented, inclusive, and highly tenured team environment

Collaborate with a team 1 physician and 1 other APP

Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or

Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required

Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred

Work Experience:

1 year Required

Licenses:

Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or

Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and

Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or

Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and

Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and

Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or

Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
