School Health Nurse | LVN | Full Time

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a contracted, school-based placement in Union City, CA for the 2026-2027 school year !This is a full-time building support role providing a local K-12 district with nursing services.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Active LVN license in California

Current BLS CPR/AED certification

Pediatric and private duty nursing experience preferred

Catheterization, Insulin Administration, and Vision Screenings

School-based experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assist building nurses with screenings and documentation review

Provide first aid care and daily medication management

Rotate through classrooms or buildings to administer medications, tube feedings, diabetic care, and other student health needs
