Job Description

Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and craft personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional objectives

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor skills, cognition, and daily activities

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Join forces with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing professionals to provide comprehensive care

Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families on therapy principles to encourage consistent progress at home

Track and Document Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans for optimal results

Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Encouragement and support for ongoing education and post-graduate certifications

Certifications

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
