• Senior Civil Engineer Requirements & Qualifications
• BS in Civil Engineering (required)
• 10–12+ years of civil design experience , with a focus on industrial construction projects (land development, building pads, site infrastructure)
• 6+ years of experience in drainage, grading, and utility design
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Word, and MS Excel
• Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as needed

Experience managing projects for the Department of Defense (DoD)
Previous mentoring or leadership experience within engineering teams
Senior Civil Engineer Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple civil engineering projects in alignment with U.Develop site plans, grading designs, and detailed drainage solutions
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met
Resolve complex design and construction challenges efficiently
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, supporting strategy and project delivery goals
