As part of this ecosystem, Golden Coast Finance serves as our in-house lending team, currently made up of 9 highly committed professionals, including 4 loan officers.
We are a team working together to achieve a common goal: making sure our clients have access to the best agents, staff, and service in the industry. We're seeking a few driven and ambitious individuals, who are looking to grow their careers and have an interest in the real estate industry.
Duties & Responsibilities Send application package to potential borrowers.
Process loan applications.
Income docs, banks statement, paycheck stubs, etc
Communicate with escrow.
Minimum of two years of experience as a loan processor.
