Develop, edit, and maintain CNC programs for machining operations.
Determine optimal machining methods, tooling, fixturing, and cutting parameters.
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming issues to minimize downtime.
Improve cycle times and manufacturing efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
Collaborate with production and operations teams on new product introductions and process improvements.
Assist with quality inspections and verification of finished components.
Operate CNC machines when necessary to support production requirements and validate programming changes.
Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
Experience programming CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machining centers.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Experience with CAD/CAM software and CNC machining processes.
Strong understanding of tooling, feeds and speeds, machining strategies, and manufacturing best practices.
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.
Experience supporting machine setup, process optimization, and production improvement initiatives.
Experience with SolidWorks and GibbsCAM is preferred.
