MLT - Medical Laboratory

Conduct both standard and advanced clinical laboratory tests across various areas including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, adhering to established protocols.
Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples as necessary for testing.
Ensure meticulous documentation of all procedures, provide training for new team members or students, and help maintain laboratory quality standards.
Uphold a safe, clean working environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with ASCP or AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
