Corporate Receptionist - Front Desk

Join our team at Groove Subaru! We’re currently seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, providing great customer experiences, and working with a supportive team — we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities Greet customers and visitors in a courteous, professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Provide basic information to customers regarding dealership services
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
Support sales, service, and other dealership departments with clerical duties.
Communicate effectively with sales, service, and management teams
Qualifications Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
Requirements Must pass a background check
Must pass a pre-employment drug test
Valid driver’s license preferred (depending on dealership requirements)
