Key Responsibilities of the Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional analyses

Design and oversee function‑based behavior intervention plans

Supervise and support behavior‑analytic services

Train and mentor staff and caregivers in ethical, evidence‑based ABA practices
