Administrative Position - Scanning

Operations Administrative Assistant
The Operations Administrative Assistant provides a broad range of administrative support functions to the site's plant leadership. There is no expected travel for this role.
Provides clerical support, such as taking meeting notes, assistance in scanning and copying, reception, etc.
Serves as a primary point of contact for office communications. Prioritizes, composes, and disseminates information to internal and external customers. Purchases and initiates payments for office supplies, cafeteria supplies, equipment, and services.
Partners with the local HR Business Partner on employee recognition and engagement activities. Participates in site's engagement committee and maintains engagement calendar.
Works with the Operations and Safety departments as needed.
Participates in special projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to quickly learn specialized software to complete work assignments.
Systems data entry experience preferred.
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
~ 1 3 years of experience of working in an administrative environment preferred.

Office environment.
Some presence on the plant floor, wearing appropriate PPE as needed.
Shift Monday Friday;
