Advanced Nurse Educator Nursing Education

Facility: Department: Employee Education

Assess, plan, and evaluate clinical educational activities across the continuum of care, serving as a strategic consultant for nursing performance initiatives and competency-based programming.

Partner with organizational leaders and clinical staff to identify educational gaps and develop multi-faceted plans that address both core nursing competencies and specialized clinical needs.

Analyze, design, and implement Nursing Professional Development (NPD) programs, utilizing precise measurement tools and data-driven methods to evaluate the achievement of learning goals and clinical outcomes.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.

Work Experience:

Education experience preferred
