Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail and ensure finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs.

Use technology accurately and thoroughly despite time pressure and customer volume, with exceptional product knowledge and appropriate tools.

Proactively explore root cause of issues, think forward, ensure customers are satisfied and expectations are exceeded, and be solution driven.

Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies.

Take pride in store appearance and help keep store clean, attractive, and organized.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions and inventory management.

High School graduate or equivalent.

Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener and team builder.

Knowledge of current store merchandise.

Familiarity with POS, computers and calculators.

Previous customer service and retail experience.

23.97 - $37.39 per hour. Employee pay is determined by factors including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, a competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered. Benefits may include healthcare, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
