ABA Recruiter for Children Making Strides

At Children Making Strides, we are committed to providing high-quality ABA therapy services to children and families across multiple states. As we expand our clinical teams, we are seeking a driven and relationship-focused ABA Recruiter to help us bring on exceptional talent.

The ABA Recruiter will be responsible for owning the full‑cycle hiring process for clinical roles supporting our South Carolina (Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson) and Georgia (Atlanta‑area, Augusta, Cumming) locations. This is a full‑time, primarily in‑person role based in Upstate SC, with some flexibility for remote work.

Build and maintain consistent candidate pipelines across both markets through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and local outreach

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clinical leadership in each region

Track recruiting metrics and pipeline status by market, and report regularly on hiring progress

Partner with HR and clinical leadership on job postings, compensation guidance, and offer details

Coordinate with recruitment team for onboarding processes

Represent CMS at job fairs, university partnerships, and local networking events in SC and GA as needed

1+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare, ABA, or behavioral health recruiting strongly preferred)

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems

Based in or able to regularly work on‑site in the Upstate SC area (Greenville/Spartanburg)
