Recruiting Specialist / Staffing / Recruiter
$40,000 to $47,500
1st Shift / Mon-Fri / 8am-5pm
Greenville, SC

Work onsite at our branch in Greenville to source and recruit candidates for the greater Greenville area. Develop partnerships with clients to consistently provide experiences on what they value most.

Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to create and review employment requisitions and develop staffing plans
• Maintain job boards, screen candidates, and refer job applicants to specific job openings
• Participate in interviews, perform reference checks, and develop competitive job offers
• Source qualified candidates using various job boards and creative recruiting techniques to maintain healthy pipeline
• Maintain Talent Management Systems to keep up to date candidate information
• Assist in communications with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process
• Oversee hiring and onboarding process
• Call current and past customers about current candidates and their staffing needs
• May participate with management to develop job specifications, make salary recommendations, and help negotiate salary between management and candidates
• Attend job fairs and college recruiting activities as necessary

Recruiting Specialist Requirements:

• 2 or more years of Light Industrial recruiting experience
• Experience with Bullhorn (preferred)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be able to work in a team environment and independently
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality, display discretion, and protect privacy of information
