GQR Healthcare Perm is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg for a nursing job in Tyler, Texas.

Position Details
Department: Med/Surg
Shifts: 3x12s, Days & Nights available
Weekend Requirement: 5 weekend shifts every 6 weeks
Scheduling: Self-scheduling
On Call: None

Compensation & Incentives
Base Pay: Up to $46.40/hour (based on experience, will discuss in initial call)
Differentials:
Nights: +$4.50/hr
Evenings: +$3.50/hr
Weekends: +$2.50/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Days / $10,000 Nights

Requirements
~ Active RN license
~ Experience:

• At least 1 year RN experience with some acute care OR
• 2+ years LTAC experience

BLS certification
Education: ADN or BSN accepted
At least 1 year RN experience with some acute care or 2 years LTAC
BLS
TX RN License
