Phlebotomist (temporary/hourly)

Phlebotomist Float – Fullerton, CA Location covers Fullerton and surrounding areas including Brea, Yorba Linda, Manhattan Beach.

Work Schedule Monday – Friday 6:00am – 6:00pm; additional days/hours as needed, including some Saturdays. Flexibility to work overtime as required.

Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.

Perform accurate data entry of patient information.

Process billing information and collect payments when required.

Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.

Provide superior customer service to all patients.

Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.

Travel to additional sites when needed.

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

California state issued Phlebotomy license (CPT).

Preferred Qualifications Two or more years of phlebotomy experience.

Additional Job Standards Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.

Comfortable working independently or as part of a team under minimal supervision.

Incentives & Compensation Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program. Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Pay Range: $21.00–$33.00 per hour. Additional $1.50 per hour plus mileage reimbursement.
