Corporate Trainer
Use your passion for development to help employees unlock their career potential. As a Corporate Trainer at Uline, you'll lead engaging, high-impact training that helps employees grow throughout their careers. Lead "Uline University" training programs which include half-day to full day onboarding, team building and professional development sessions.
Partner with business leaders, HR teams and external vendors to prepare and execute engaging learning programs that support employee growth and business goals.
Identify key metrics for learning effectiveness and monitor class survey results to continually improve course offerings.
Develop and mentor Trainers across the organization to drive consistent, high-quality learning experiences.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
3+ years in Facilitation and Training Design, plus previous management experience.
Experience with LMS and eLearning practices a plus.
Available to travel 20% of the year to Uline's North American locations.
