HR Business Partner — Employee Relations & Coaching
Global Power Components
Global Power Components is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as the site-level point of contact for employee relations and workforce support on a 5-days-per-week onsite basis in Milwaukee, WI. You will own ER cases, coach supervisors on performance management, and ensure consistent policy application. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will balance hands-on casework with proactive workforce planning, escalate high-risk matters, and partner with operations leadership to maintain a productive, #J-18808-Ljbffr Global Power Components
