Bilingual Receptionist

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to join their team. As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent service to visitors and staff. This is a temporary position lasting until December of this year.

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

Shift: Day shift

Greet and assist incoming visitors, contractors, candidates, and employees while ensuring proper check-in procedures are followed

Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally

Maintain and update internal phone extension lists and contact information

Draft, prepare, and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and other communications as needed

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred
