The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for creating, updating, and applying all HR policies and company guidelines and making sure they adhere to standards and laws initiated by authorities. The Human Resources Generalist will report directly to the VP, Human Resources and assist in leading and directing the routine functions of the HR department including employee onboarding, payroll, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Trains new or newly promoted supervisors - managers should be trained in applicable HR systems within 10 working days

Keeps training, HR, documents/links/forms, etc. up to date in Sharepoint

Ensures managers/supervisors have correct access to systems - Payroll, ATS, etc. Assists the HR Department with special projects

Responsible for HR employee relations including intake, resolve, delegation, and corrective actions as needed

Sets up new properties and offboards canceled properties in HR system

Handles internal customer service complaints

Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of Human Resource Generalist experience preferred
